Welcome to Foum Zguid Trip (foumzguidtrip.com). By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • To confirm a tour, you may be required to pay a deposit or the full amount depending on the service.

  • Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customer cancellation:

    • More than 30 days before departure → Full refund (minus any transaction fees).

    • 15–29 days before departure → 50% refund.

    • Less than 15 days → No refund.

  • Company cancellation:

    • If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, not enough participants), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Equivalent alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

4. Responsibilities of Participants

  • You must provide accurate personal details during booking.

  • You are responsible for having a valid passport, visas, travel documents, and insurance.

  • You must follow the instructions of guides and respect local culture, nature, and communities.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

  • Foum Zguid Trip is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal items.

6. Liability

  • We act as an intermediary between you and third-party providers (transport, hotels, etc.). We are not liable for delays, accidents, or issues caused by third parties.

  • Participation in adventure activities (camel rides, 4×4, hiking, etc.) involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By booking a tour, you agree that we may use your personal information to process reservations and improve services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Morocco.
